National Wine Day - May 25th
Not only is today Memorial Day but it's also National Wine Day! I wanted to share of couple of my favorite go-to's in addition to some tasty cheese pairings - enjoy!
1st up is a Ferrari Chardonnay. Not too "oaky," not too buttery. JUST right.
2nd is a Decoy Red Blend. So smooth and goes so well with Drunken Goat Cheese (shown above with the purple rind).
3rd is a 14 Hands merlot. Doesn't have too much of a bite, in fact it reminds me more of a Cabernet. Pair this with my other favorite cheese, Blue!
